Welcome to Hill Farm Bed & Breakfast

Hugh and Heidi welcome you to their home and brand new Norfolk bed and breakfast at Hill Farm in Little Massingham. Coming from arable and dairy farming families, the countryside and rural life are a major influence in all that is Hill Farm.

It’s no longer a working farm and Hugh runs his agricultural PR business from converted outbuildings on site, while Heidi specialises in aesthetic and medical skin treatments with lasers as well as running a busy family home and the B&B.

Hill Farm is a truly magical spot and has been the family home for the last 13 years. Restoring the traditional brick and flint Georgian farm house and converting the extensive cattle crew yards into hotel quality holiday accommodation has become a lifelong project.

If the New Oxford Dictionary were to redefine the word “hospitality” it would merely state Hill Farm B&B

"If the New Oxford Dictionary were to redefine the word “hospitality” it would merely state Hill Farm B&B.
The idyllic and quiet farm in the North Norfolk countryside has everything a visitor needs – beautiful rooms, well equipped with little personal touches such as a little carafe of sloe gin in the room and brilliant breakfasts. However this all means nothing if not for the friendly and truly hospitable welcome and care from our hosts. Heidi and Hugh have such enthusiasm and attention to their guest’s needs, it puts many hotels to shame."

What an amazing place!

“We had a lovely stay at Heidi’s beautiful B&B. The room was exquisite; the decor, comfort and attention to detail was as good as you’ll find in a top hotel room. A great spot for nature lovers in a rural idyll. Lovely pub just down the road too. We were made to feel like friends rather than paying guests. We will return, hopefully for longer.”
