There are several entrances to Hill Farm, please ensure you choose the right directions for your arrival, guests and any deliveries you may arrange.

We have several entrances at Hill farm and it’s very important you get the right one!!

Hill Farm BARNS - Holiday lets

This drive is accessed off Rudham. There are 2 large “Hill Farm Barns” signs, followed by a the long drive to our Deerpark entrance and cattlegrid. The electric gate will open on approach. Follow the drive into the park, towards the barns. The car park is on the right with another small cattlegrid.

Approach on station road. Take the sign “Hill Farm Courtyard”. Follow the drive along a right hand bend, past the tall Italian trees, towards large wooden electric gates. These will open upon approach. You may park anywhere in that courtyard that doesn’t block any doors.

From the King’s Lynn Hardwick roundabout:

  1. Take the A149, and then to A148 to Cromer.

  2. Continue along this road and make a right turn signposted Massingham.

  3. Drive UP THE HILL, through the TINY village of Little Massingham – you’ll see St Andrew’s Church on the right. Stay on Station Road INTO GREAT MASSINGHAM and just past Great Massingham DR Surgery on the right-hand side, you will see a TINY FIRE STATION OPPOSITE AND A left turn in to Rudham Road.

  4. TURN LEFT AND TAKE Rudham road, FOLLOW FOR APPROXIMATELY QUARTER OF A MILE, AT THE POINT WHERE THE ROAD WILL TAKE A SHARP RIGHT HAND BEND you will see a “HILL FARM BARNS” sign ON THE LEFT, TURN IN HERE AND FOLLOW THE long drive, over the deer cattle grid, past the pond. Please drive carefully as there are deer, ponies, ducks and chickens grazing in the park. Follow the drive, towards the HOUSE,  between THE TWO WALNUT TREES THERE IS A sign pointing right into the first courtyard. There is a second cattle grid, securing the parking area, to ensure the deer don’t inspect your car! There is a pedestrian passageway out of the first courtyard, leading to the second. Each barn has a name plate to help you find the right one.

From Fakenham:

  1. Take the A148 towards Kings Lynn.

  2. Turn left into Harpley. Drive straight through the village and out towards Massingham direction.

  3. Drive UP THE HILL, through the TINY village of Little Massingham – you’ll see St Andrew’s Church on the right.
